I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and practice meditation. I am hugely interested in holistic and somatic work.
I understand that the experience of seeking support can be daunting and confusing. My wish is to meet you where you are and work from there. We will start from where you are and move forward in a way that suits you.

Reiki
At Somaterra, I tailor sessions to meet each client's unique needs. For some, the soothing stillness and gentle approach of Reiki can be a preferable option. Reiki is effortless for the client.

Workshops
Somaterra also provides workshops specifically aimed at helping people to recoup lost energy. These workshops are ideal for those involved in stressful or listening roles, offering a supportive environment to recharge and develop coping strategies. Teachers, nurses, doctors, therapists, family carers and all who work interpersonally can benefit from taking a step back to recover.
